Worry Stones

Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, commonly in an oval shape with a thumb-sized indentation. They are used for relaxation and/or anxiety relief by rubbing your thumb back and forth over the stone. This action can create nerve pressure that may release endorphins in the brain.
