Sunstone is a variety of Feldspar that has schiller. It usually has a background color of orange/brown due to separate small Hematite (or Hematite and Ilmenite) crystals that give it it's flash and sparkle.
Ilmenite is a black iron-titanium oxide with a chemical composition of FeTiO3, a mineral in igneous rocks, sediments, and sedimentary rocks.
