Lampworking is a type of glasswork where a torch or lamp is used to melt thin rods of glass over an open flame. When the glass is in a molten state, the glass is wrapped around a thin metal rod, which creates the hole. The bead is formed by blowing and shaping with tools and hand movements.
Please note: As with all hand-made lampworked items, no two will be identical. We try our best to match, as closely as possible, when two or more are listed.
