Q: You have so much to offer, why can't I see it all online?
A: We photograph everything instead of using stock photos. The process is taking a little longer than we would like but we are getting there!
Q: Wouldn't it be easier to use photos off the internet?
A: We strongly believe in WYSIWYG! With the exception of mass produced items, such as beads, we strive to show you all views of each item. What you see is what you get!
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Although we are not a wholesaler we do offer additional discounts to licensed businesses that meet a minimum order amount.
Q: Your shipping charge seems a little high. Can you ship to me for less?
A: The previous problem has been fixed. However, you can email us a copy of your order so we can manually enter it with correct shipping charges.
Q: May I contact you directly to place an order and pay using PayPal?
A: Yes! You can email your order to SmokyMountainBeads@gmail.com. We will send a PayPal invoice. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
Q: I have a credit/debit card but I don't have a PayPal account. What now?
A: You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
Q: I don't have a credit or debit card but I want to order something! Help!
A: You can email your order to SmokyMountainBeads@gmail.com letting us know you'll be mailing in a check or money order. We'll pull and hold your order for 15 days then ship once your payment clears the bank.
Q: I tried to call but no one answered! Can you call me back?
A: Yes! We are either pulling orders, working on the website, with a customer or avoiding the 20+annoying robo calls we get everyday. Please leave a message and we will call you back! (We do not sell emails, phone numbers or addresses and think spam is just as annoying as you do!)
